New effect: Shield!

New update!

This time there were some really cool improves:

— Super jump bug was fixed

— Character controlling was improved. Now it's more comfortable!

— Shield effect was added: sometimes the shield spawns in the room. if you pick it up, you'll become immortal for a while!
